Requirements: At least one year of prior experience in a professional kitchen; Must have or be able to complete food safety certification (company will provide training); Ability to lift 50 lbs; Works well in a team setting and is detail oriented; Knife skills, food identification, food preparation knowledge, and ability to follow recipes
