Position: Chef De Partie
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a Chef de Partie for their Prepared Foods department, focusing on culinary excellence and hospitality on the Retail Floor. The Chef de Partie will lead and manage operational standards, menu implementations, promotions, and team training across various food service areas such as chefs case, fresh pack, charcuterie, rotisserie, and more. This role will report to the Prepared Foods Team Leader and collaborate with store and regional culinary teams to ensure exceptional service and food quality for guests.
Requirements: Minimum 18 months of professional hospitality/kitchen experience and culinary training; ability to teach and develop others effectively; organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for food and commitment to food safety certification within 6 months; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong technology skills including Microsoft Office; punctual and reliable
