Position: Chef De Partie
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a Chef de Partie for their Prepared Foods department, focusing on culinary excellence and hospitality on the Retail Floor. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for expediting and executing operational SOPs, maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring in-stock levels, implementing core menus, driving sales initiatives, and overseeing various food service venues such as pizza, sandwiches, and more.
Requirements: Minimum 18 months of professional hospitality/kitchen experience and culinary training required; ability to teach and develop others; organized and systematic work approach with efficient prioritization and delegation skills; excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities; passion for food; food safety certification (or commitment to complete certification within 6 months); flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; strong technology skills including Microsoft Office; must be consistent and punctual
