About: Whole Foods Market is seeking a Chef de Partie for their Prepared Foods department, responsible for driving culinary excellence and hospitality on the Retail Floor. The role involves expediting operational SOPs, maintaining merchandising standards, and leading various culinary programs and initiatives within the store.
Requirements: Combined history (minimum 18 months) of professional hospitality/kitchen experience and culinary training; ability to teach and develop others; organized and systematic work approach; excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills; passion for food; food safety certification; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong technology skills in Microsoft Office; consistent and punctual
