Position: Chef de l’Expérience client – Aéroports

As the Customer Experience Manager – Airports, you will play a key leadership role in realizing our ambition of becoming one of the top 10 airlines globally. Your priority will be to ensure our airline meets or exceeds customer expectations by dedicating yourself to excellent customer service and warmly welcoming our customers, creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment. You will proactively and empathetically anticipate and fulfill customer needs while providing leadership to our team in various airport sectors such as operational centers, ramp-side and apron areas, baggage services, workforce planning and deployment, terminal operations, and interactions with ground service providers.

Requirements: High school diploma required; at least two years of personnel management experience; ability to demonstrate managerial courage to make tough decisions ensuring integrity, safety, and operational punctuality; ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24-hour airport operation environment – shift work, weekends, and holidays; ability to obtain airport badges and seals (Security and USCBP authorizations required); ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods; ability to make quick effective decisions in stressful situations; excellent interpersonal relationships within the organization and team; entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy; genuine desire to create and promote a top 10 airline-worthy customer and employee experience; confidence-building while providing performance coaching to employees; energetic and tenacious business-oriented attitude; ability to adapt to new technologies and share knowledge; Customs seal required; subject to approval by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Service or equivalent third party; Security and USCBP authorizations required.
