Position: Chef de Cuisine – Upscale Restaurant Group
About: An upscale restaurant group is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented Chef de Cuisine to join their back-of-house team. The successful candidate will ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards in food production and presentation, working closely with the Corporate Executive Chef and Executive Chef to develop new menu items and oversee all aspects of the kitchen.
Requirements: 3-4+ years of culinary experience required; proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a similar fast-paced and high-volume restaurant environment with a focus on food quality; thorough knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment; excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment; a culinary degree or certificate is required.
