Position: Chef de Cuisine- Three Peaks Restaurant
About: Three Peaks Restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Chef de Cuisine to support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. The role involves overseeing production, staff management, food ordering, and ensuring the highest quality of food with efficient and profitable operations.
Requirements: Culinary Arts degree or advanced culinary arts certification is preferred; six (6) years of successful culinary leadership experience within the restaurant industry; casino experience preferred; demonstrated organizational skills, budgeting experience, and full understanding of financial reports; impeccable service standards and attention to detail; demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others; ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Bilingual skills are preferred.
