Position: Chef de Cuisine – National Center for Employee Development
About: Arbor, a 940 room hotel and banquet facility, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations with a focus on team development, food safety, and client relations. This position reports to the Executive Chef and involves managing a staff of 40.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a related position; 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience; Culinary degree preferred; Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; Experiential knowledge of people and problem management; Oral, reading, and written communication skills
