Position: Chef de Cuisine| Ken Garff (Utah) University Center Club
About: Oak View Group is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to oversee all aspects of the Club Culinary operations, including leadership of kitchen staff, procurement, production, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. This role plays a key part in developing the culinary program and maintaining brand standards. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26 to $28.
Requirements: Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases, climbing/ladders, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs on occasion, folding/unfolding, talking, hearing, and seeing. Primary tools/equipment used in this position and approximate weight: Equipment (30 – 50 lbs), chaffers (30 – 50 lbs), boxes (30 – 50 lbs), Carts (10 – 50 lbs). Attendance Requirements: As outlined on the weekly schedule with additional hours required to meet deadlines, including weekends and holidays.
