Requirements: Candidate must currently be in a Chef de Cuisine or similar role; Must have experience in high-volume environments, including fine dining; Minimum of a two-year Culinary Arts School or equivalent training required; Minimum of three years experience as a supervisor in specialty rooms or Casual Dining; Must be detail-oriented, maintain high food production standards, and present a professional appearance; Work flexibility for various shifts is essential.
