Position: Chef de Cuisine – Edge Brasserie & Cocktail Bar
About: Four Seasons Miami, a luxurious hotel in the heart of Miami offering a blend of big city adventure and tropical relaxation, is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the Edge Brasserie & Cocktail Bar kitchen team.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen; Experience with Peruvian cuisine is preferred; Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management; Exceptional leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Passion for culinary excellence and creative innovation; Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control; Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred
