Position: Chef de Cuisine, Culinary
About: Trilogy Valor, an anticipated resort community within the master plan of Valor located southwest of downtown Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join their Kitchen Management Team. The community plans to offer a range of amenities including a Resort Club with a fitness center, culinary studio, coffeehouse, pickleball and bocce courts, and outdoor event space.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; two years’ minimum experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Kitchen Supervisor or completion of a nationally ranked culinary school; one to three years’ supervisory experience; American Culinary Federation certification preferred; current Food Handlers card; computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of food, sanitation, and cost control
