Position: Chef de Cuisine, Culinary
About: Trilogy Valor, the newest resort community within the Valor master plan in Boise, Idaho, offers an active adult lifestyle with amenities such as a fitness center, culinary studio, coffeehouse, pickleball and bocce courts, and outdoor event space.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; two years’ minimum experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Kitchen Supervisor or completion of a nationally ranked culinary/vocational school; one to three years’ supervisory experience; American Culinary Federation certification preferred; current Food Handlers card; computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge; strong knowledge of food, sanitation, and cost control; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
