Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role; In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, food safety, and sanitation regulations; Strong leadership and management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Flexibility to work overtime as needed
