Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: Loch Bar Houston is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine to maintain the highest standards of food production and hygiene within the kitchen. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen management.
Requirements: Must have a BS/BA degree or equivalent in a culinary field of study; Must have a minimum of 4 to 6 years high volume fine dining experience; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Self-starter capable of leading and supporting a diverse team; Commitment to delivering high-quality food experiences; Strong knowledge of cuisines, cooking techniques, and dietary accommodations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
