Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: Lettuce Entertain You, an innovative culinary-driven restaurant company, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for its new Southeast Asian concept, Crying Tiger, led by Chef Partner Thai Dang. The restaurant will be located at 51 W. Hubbard in River North.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of Chef de Cuisine experience in a full-service restaurant; ability to lead and develop teams; skilled in managing BOH systems
