Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: A high-profile establishment is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead and shape the culinary direction of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment. Requirements: Education: Culinary arts degree or relevant culinary training; At least 5-7 years of experience in a high-end kitchen, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership and management abilities, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of food safety and health regulations, financial acumen, creativity, and passion for menu development.
