About: Pilot Project is seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Lead to oversee food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen operations in alignment with high standards and legal regulations at our establishment.
Requirements: Operate as the kitchen lead under Exec. Chef in charge of food preparation, inventory, and kitchen management; High standards for quality and compliance with city, state, and federal laws; Experience in kitchen management and culinary operations; Strong knowledge of nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations; Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff; Proficient in maintaining cost-effective operations and inventory control; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
