Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado is looking for a dedicated and skilled Culinary Manager to oversee the daily kitchen operations, lead the culinary team, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain culinary standards, and manage human resource activities. This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 to $106,000 with a bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package provided by Marriott International.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
