Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: Rivers Casino Philadelphia, located at 1001 N. Delaware Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19125, USA, is seeking an Assistant Executive Chef to assist in managing and coordinating activities and operations of cooks and other Team Members in preparing and cooking food products. The role involves overseeing food preparation, presentation, and cost while upholding high standards for recipes and food quality in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years’ experience as a department leader in high volume Food and Beverage operations and 5+ years of Food and Beverage management experience; ability to create and execute recipes and presentations at a fine dining level; ability to forecast and maintain the departmental budget; must be 18 years or older; interpersonal communication skills; availability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
