Requirements: Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; a minimum of five years’ sales experience in a related position, preferably in a hotel setting; ability to perform critical analysis, manage a wide range of information, delegate, manage manpower, and organize complex projects; excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices; strong communication skills to interact with management, staff, and guests
