Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: Beechmont Country Club, a premier private golf and country club in greater Cleveland, is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine (CDC) to join their team in the fast-paced kitchen environment located in Orange, Ohio. The CDC will collaborate closely with the Director of Culinary to maintain the highest standards in food preparation and service.
Requirements: Associate degree preferred; Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training
