About: The Daniel Island Club is seeking a talented and experienced Culinary Director of Operations to lead and manage the kitchen operations in a diverse dining environment offering upscale fine dining and banquets for up to 800 guests. The club maintains high standards in quality, presentation, and service, catering to a variety of dining preferences from casual to formal.
Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required; 3 years previous experience in culinary/food & beverage line, supervisory or assistant manager positions; Working knowledge of division operations, Daniel Island Club standards, policies, and procedures; Ability to operate computer and food & beverage systems; Proficiency in English language
