Position: Chef De Cuisine
About: Houston Museum Restaurant Management is seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Cuisine to join their renowned team of culinary leaders. The Chef de Cuisine will play a pivotal role in maintaining top-notch kitchen operations in alignment with the brand’s standards, working closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. This position requires a unique blend of culinary mastery, financial acumen, and strong leadership skills to oversee a diverse team and ensure excellence across all kitchen functions.
Requirements: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in fine dining or a high-caliber culinary establishment; Michelin level experience or similar preferred; Proven track record in kitchen management, ideally as a Sous Chef or above; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or Culinary Certification preferred; Strong financial management skills, including payroll and budgeting experience; Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities; Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
