Position: Chef de Cuisine
About: The Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, PA, is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Cuisine to oversee culinary operations at the new Belmont facility, providing exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. The club offers a variety of dining outlets and recreational activities, including a top-ranked golf course designed by Donald Ross, and is set to host the 108th PGA Championship in 2026.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary experience in a restaurant, club, hotel, or resort; advanced cooking skills and knowledge of culinary basics; strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; commitment to continuous learning and growth; ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment; positive attitude and teamwork commitment; passion for food and service; high-volume food production and service expertise; SERV Safe Manager Certification; associate’s degree in culinary arts or ACF certified apprenticeship completion; experience with ‘Fast Casual’ restaurant concepts and restaurant openings; flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 18 years old; bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed; physical requirements such as standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, etc.
