Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management; passion for quality food and exceptional customer service; strong written and verbal communication skills, basic accounting skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule; valid food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations
