Position: Chef at St. Bernard’s, Solitude Mountain Resort
About: Solitude Mountain Resort in Solitude, UT is seeking an experienced and creative Restaurant Chef to lead the kitchen team. The full-service restaurant offers alpine-inspired comfort food for breakfast, après, and dinner services, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for guests to refuel and relax after a day on the slopes.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years as a Chef or Sous Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant; experience with alpine or comfort cuisine is preferred. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience. Expertise in menu development with a focus on alpine-inspired dishes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Food Safety Manager Certification required; additional certifications in health and safety are a plus. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
