About: Solitude Mountain Resort in Solitude, UT is seeking an experienced and creative Restaurant Chef to lead their kitchen team. The full-service restaurant offers alpine-inspired comfort food for breakfast, apr\u00e8s, and dinner services, providing guests with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to refuel after a day on the slopes.
Requirements: Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience; Minimum of 5 years as a Chef or Sous Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant; Experience with alpine or comfort cuisine is preferred; Expertise in menu development with a focus on alpine-inspired dishes; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Food Safety Manager Certification required; Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences
