Position: Chef and Line Cooks
About: Fabel is an open-air restaurant in the Wynwood Design District of Miami that offers high-energy dining with old-world glamour. The Mediterranean-rooted cuisine is inspired by travels to Greek islands, beaches of Israel, and Mexico’s coastlines. Fabel creates memorable experiences by engaging all five senses and providing Michelin-level service.
Requirements: Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques; Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and flavor profiles; Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately; Team player with strong communication skills; Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure; Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus; Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
