Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of supervisory experience in kitchen, food service, and dining room operations; current ServSafe certification; ability to manage budgets and achieve targets; proficiency in organizational and time management; strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills; flexibility to work weekends and evenings
