Position: Chef – Alltown Fresh
About: Global Partners LP, a company dedicated to delivering energy solutions for over 90 years, is seeking a Chef to manage all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The Chef will lead the food service team in executing fresh food programs, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and enhancing customer experience in their retail outlets across the US.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred; Leadership experience required, preferably in a food service environment; Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed; Experience in staff selection, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense management; Demonstrated skills in exceptional customer service, relationship building, effective communication, and training
