Requirements: Experience: One year of job-related cooking experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; good command of the English language; demonstrated ability in maintaining written records and knowledge of proper food preparation, storage, and handling; minimum one year of experience with standard institutional cooking equipment (e.g., meat slicer, mixer, steamer). Certifications and Licenses: CPR Certified or willing to become certified within six months of hire; valid Maine driver’s license required; ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate or the willingness and ability to become certified within 90 days of hire.
