Requirements: 3-4 Years Demonstrated experience in high-volume food production or equivalent; Ability to read, understand, and speak English; Skill in interacting effectively with guests and team members; Skill in adding and subtracting numbers; Ability to stand, climb, stoop, push, crouch; Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to fifty pounds; Ability to measure and operate equipment; Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures; Time management and organizational skills; Detailed culinary knowledge and ability to train a team in production and equipment usage; Ability to lead others in a high volume restaurant environment
