Position: Cheesemonger
About: Team members within our Cheese Department at Crown Hill (Seattle) enjoy sharing product information about specialty cheese, product pairings, recipes, and meal solutions with guests. The fast-paced environment requires prioritization between routine tasks like packaging and merchandising products and immediate customer needs. We seek outgoing, friendly individuals to deliver outstanding quality specialty cheese products to guests.
Requirements: High level of self-motivation and initiative; problem-solving skills; proven success in a diverse team environment; ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent time management and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; knowledge of food safety, HACCP/Department of Health guidelines, inventory and portion control; experience in merchandising product; one year of customer service experience and one year of food service experience
