Position: CHEESE SHOP/MURRAY’S CHEESE MASTER
About: Murray’s Cheese, located in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a Cheese Shop Manager to create an exceptional customer experience and lead a team passionate about cheese, food, and outstanding service within the Fred Meyer store environment. Requirements: Management experience or Food Retail experience or two-year Culinary Degree; Willingness to taste cheese daily; Supportive of cheese business initiatives; Ability to inspire, motivate, and train staff while ensuring task completion; Excellent communication skills; Ability to multi-task; Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Strong desire to learn and enthusiasm for the product
