Requirements: At least 10 years of leadership experience in operations, finance, or P&L management; demonstrated ability to lead teams and grow businesses; financial acumen; willingness to sign a personal guarantee; operators receive 40-70% ownership for searching, bringing capital, and guaranteeing the deal; must be a U.S. citizen.
