Position: Centerpoint YMCA Kitchen Manager
About: The CenterPoint Energy Kitchen Manager role is based at the CenterPoint Energy YMCA in Glenwood Neighborhood, Indiana, dedicated to providing community meals and nourishment to youth and participants. The position aligns with the mission of the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana, Inc.
Requirements: High school diploma; 20 hours per week availability; valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21 to drive company vehicles; valid ServSafe Certification; basic computer skills; compliance with CACFP standards and documentation; working knowledge of an industrial kitchen; familiarity with the YMCA’s mission; completion of required training including Child Abuse Prevention, Bloodborne Pathogen, and New Employee Orientation; evening and weekend availability; excellent communication skills with parents and facility officials
