Position: CATERING SOUS CHEF
About: Eurest, a catering company located at 1170 Spring St, Elizabeth, NJ 07201, is currently seeking a Catering Sous Chef to oversee and supervise the production kitchen for catering operations. The position involves creating production sheets, communicating with the production team, ordering supplies, menu creation, and ensuring sanitation standards are maintained. The Sous Chef will manage a team of four hourly associates.
Requirements: 1-3 years of culinary management experience and a valid ServSafe certificate required; experience in catering, restaurant, or contract-managed food service is a plus.
