Position: Catering Sales Manager

Requirements: 2+ years of experience overseeing high-volume food and beverage/catering operations within a hotel, cultural institution, or premier catering company; experience in entrepreneurial and corporate business environments; exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to support multiple levels of catering in a dynamic environment; hardworking nature, hands-on approach, and a passion for the business; ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, vendors, and clients; flexibility to work a varied schedule to accommodate business levels; working knowledge of systems used within the company; proficiency in opening & closing procedures, food and beverage knowledge.
