Position: Catering Sales Manager
About: The Inclusive Collection is seeking a candidate to join their team in the catering department. The job involves establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate and social accounts to maximize revenue. The role also includes assisting the Director in managing the daily operations of the Catering Department.
Requirements: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; 3+ years of prior experience in a related position; advanced knowledge of computer software and web analytics tools preferred; strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment; must be service-oriented with excellent customer service and sales skills; travel may be required for hotel familiarization and content creation shoots; availability for business hours Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or holiday work.
