Position: Catering Sales Manager
About: Pines Manor is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to provide exceptional customer service and sales support for Corporate, Social, and Wedding events. The role involves responding to sales inquiries, networking with clients, and actively participating in sales efforts, including event planning and execution. The position requires a strong understanding of food presentation, beverages, and event logistics, with flexibility in working hours, including evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends. This role reports to the Director of Catering at Pines Manor.
Requirements: Preferred 5 years catering sales experience; College Degree, preferably in Hospitality or Culinary Management. Will consider 2-year degrees and relevant experience in lieu of education. Excellent communication skills; Ability to adapt to last-minute changes; Attention to detail; Critical thinking and problem-solving; Team player; Guest-centric approach; Technical skills including knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Caterease.
