Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of food service experience, including at least 1 year in a management role; validated catering experience; knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation; strong financial, budgetary, and accounting skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet; ServSafe Certification suggested
