Position: Catering Manager
About: The hotel is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive catering business and achieve revenue goals in rooms and food and beverage. Responsibilities include soliciting new accounts, preparing event documents, participating in sales meetings, maintaining customer service quality, attending industry events, and collecting competition data.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; excellent communication and negotiation skills; advanced knowledge of sales and hospitality principles; strong writing skills for various correspondences; ability to engage and prioritize effectively; at least two to four years of experience in hospitality or sales; fluency in English, other languages a plus; basic math skills
