Position: Category Manager – CHEF’STORE (Hybrid: Onsite and Remote)

About: New Ways of Work is a company offering a hybrid work environment with a combination of 3 days onsite in Rosemont, IL/West Linn, OR (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days remotely (Monday and Friday). The position requires defining assortment strategies, executing tactics to capture sales and profit, negotiating costs, and managing category margins effectively.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience; 5 years retail/merchandising experience required; ability to travel 30%, including overnight stays
