Position: Carryout General Manager
About: Malnati Organization is seeking a dedicated General Manager to shape the culture of the Carry Out, ensure high employee engagement, and drive guest satisfaction. This role involves achieving financial goals, managing team performance, and maintaining top-notch service standards.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus; Three to five years of Restaurant experience strongly preferred, but not mandatory; Required to read and write English, follow, and assign verbal and written instructions and use math; Must have thorough knowledge of Company products, services, policies, and procedures; Training in all aspects of the Carry Out including taking orders, prep work, steam, and pizza; Have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
