Position: Carriqui Restaurant Executive Chef

About: Carriqui is a 380-seat restaurant dedicated to regional cuisine from Gulf coast seafood to Hill Country barbecue and Rio Grande Valley-inspired botana platters, located in the historic northern edge of the Pearl neighborhood. The Executive Chef is responsible for developing and managing the culinary program and team to ensure unity, quality, and excellence in operations, collaborating with the FOH team for a cohesive operational approach.

Requirements: Culinary or management degree preferred but not required; 6 or more years of high-volume experience; a minimum of 3 years’ experience in kitchen management; relevant cuisine expertise (Mexican, Barbeque, Innovative Seafood); bilingual preferred
