Position: Kitchen Manager
About: Carcinero Steakhouse is a Spanish restaurant, steakhouse and wine bar in Miami’s West Flagler area.
Requirements: At least five years of related experience, preferably in fine dining; food safety manager certification; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts or a related discipline; leadership, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills; readiness to travel; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8–10 hours
