Position: CAPS/SHS Administrative Support – Hiring 2 Positions
About: Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Budget & Facilities Manager, and led by the Admin Support Coordinator, the Administrative Support Assistant supports Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Student Health Services (SHS) operational goals through administrative efforts. This position represents CAPS/Student Health Services (SHS) to the university campus and outside campus community. Ability to maintain confidentiality is of utmost importance. The incumbent provides equitable, inclusive, and culturally sensitive services while using a student-centered and equity-minded approach in all communication and service efforts. The position requires maintaining equanimity during urgent, emergencies, and complex/challenging situations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent to three years of administrative support experience required; experience working in a service-oriented medical office that is fully electronic preferred; knowledge of college or university health care center setting preferred
