Position: CAMPUS EXECUTIVE CHEF
About: The Holgate Center, located in Portland, is seeking an Executive Chef for their senior living community serving over 100 residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Requirements: CDM certification; survey experience in LTC dietary departments; experience working with Dieticians; compliance with altered meals (puree, chopped, mechanical soft); meal ticket compliance; MDS dietary section experience; 5 years of LTC care compliance and survey experience preferred; an associate’s or higher degree in food service management or hospitality from an accredited institution; 2 or more years of experience as a director of food and nutrition services in a nursing facility setting with food safety and management training; prior leadership and management experience in dietary staff; must meet State requirements for food service managers or dietary managers; 2 years of foodservice management experience; organizational skills; mathematical and basic computer skills; willingness to work long or extra hours when necessary
