Position: Campus Executive Chef

About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for a University in Suburban Maryland. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on all culinary operations, overseeing culinary innovation, standards, and programs, as well as supporting, training, and developing executive chefs and their teams. Responsibilities include recipe execution, safety, sanitation, ordering, inventory, staff training, sustainability, and local purchasing programs. The role requires a strategic, program-driven approach along with hands-on kitchen experience and strong leadership skills.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 3 years of management experience; 3 years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
